Microsoft reached out to Edge with a dual objective, to incentivise sales staff and push Microsoft products across five countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.
Edge proposed to source and manage tailored digital reward content that would compliment Microsoft's points based platform.
Every time a sales team member made a sale or met a milestone ,they accumulated points online. The more points they gained the greater the reward. Once they successfully reached a certain amount of points , they cashed in and picked their desired digital reward. We managed Microsoft's branded eDM sends, tailored specific rewards for each country and successfully created a bilingual solution.
Microsoft was extremely happy with the result! It helped increase sales results, evoked positive engagement and are already looking to expand the promotion throughout different regions.
