Will Edge manage the marketing and advertising of my promotion?

As opposed to being a marketing or advertising agency, Edge is an incentive technology business. We work together with brands and agencies as the behind the scenes provider of the promotional mechanics, rewards and insurance solutions.

Does Edge always pay out claims and prizing?

Yes. We deal directly with leading insurance underwriters, Lloyds of London and have a seamless track record in paying out all claims and prizing. Annually we issue over $100 million in rewards and prizing. 

How does Edge keep client data secure?

We provide Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), which allows for a secure data exchange via your own dedicated portal or by using your choice of SFTP software.

How do I view my promotions reporting?
