Challenge

STAINMASTER, one of Australia’s and New Zealand's most recognised carpet brands, approached us for a promotion. The aim was to stay top of mind, educate and reward their loyal Carpet Salesmen and foremost celebrate their 30 years with a hit!

Solution

We believed the best way to educate, reward a large database and stay top of mind was to utilise their Trade Promotion solution.

From creating the fully branded website and spin to win game, managing eDM sends to collating weekly reports; our main goal was to manage the promotion from start to finish and let STAINMASTER sit back and enjoy the results.

Results

The promotion averaged 56% completing the weekly quizzes and helped STAINMASTER stay top of mind. Overall, the promotion incentivised loyal Carpet Salesmen to sell STAINMASTER carpet solutions above competitors and provided a strong promotion headline for everyone to get around.
