Meet Will Feutrill, Customer Insights & Strategy Director

Will joined the team just under four months ago and his feet haven’t touched the ground since! He’s been busy overlaying his strategic and client-focused approach which is already having an extremely positive impact on the business. Now, let’s get to know him better…

Edge: What was your journey to becoming a National Commercial Director?

 I’ve arrived at Edge having been at PwC for 4 years in Digital and Customer Consulting. Previous to that time, I had 10 years in the strategic advertising agency world working through the line. I am a former client of Edge and have experienced the benefits of working with the team I’m now working for!!

Edge: What do you like most about the role so far?  

The focus on driving growth for our clients. Every conversation I have had so far has started with a clear focus on how our proposed solution will deliver growth through customer acquisition, retention or increase revenue per customer.

Edge: What does a typical day at Edge look like for you?

At the moment, a lot of learning…I had no idea how broad our solution set is! I also have a phenomenal team and we meet regularly to brainstorm solutions for new and existing clients. I’m also working closely with the integration team to ensure we have the best of the Blackhawk Network behind our Edge solutions.

Edge: Professionally, what are you looking forward to most in 2020?
